Clarence Rectangular walnut bedside table with drawers

With CLARENCE, a rectangular nightstand in walnut with drawers designed by Antonio Citterio, you bring the refinement of the Clarence storage system right into your bedroom. This 2026 model combines compact dimensions with the collection's characteristic details.

Design and craftsmanship

Clarence is conceived as a storage system that moves naturally between living and sleeping spaces, with nightstands in various sizes alongside sideboards, drawer units and more. In this nightstand you experience the soft, softened contours that characterise the entire collection. Rounded corners lighten the volume, while the leather-clad wooden structure adds tactile warmth to your bedroom.

Materials and finishes

The drawer fronts are veneered in various wood types and form an understated textural contrast with the leather. The drawers open with a push-pull mechanism, so you need no visible handles and the whole retains a clean, calm look beside your bed. The back is also fully finished, so you can place the nightstand away from the wall if you wish.

This nightstand gives you a homely presence in which craftsmanship and understated elegance go hand in hand. You can have the structure made in walnut (Canaletto), ash, oak or wenge veneer, with leather upholstery in a wide colour palette, resting on matte black lacquered wooden legs. This way you combine functionality beside your bed with the couture-like presence that characterises Flexform, and create a cohesive whole with the rest of the Clarence collection in your bedroom.

Place this nightstand alongside other pieces from the Clarence collection and you effortlessly build a cohesive whole in your bedroom, where craftsmanship and calm go hand in hand in every detail you encounter.
